By car

• ring road east (oost) (A10)
• Exit Diemen/ Watergraafsmeer (S 113)
• After the exit turn left at the traffic lights (direction of Watergraafsmeer), you will now be on the middenweg.
• Take the Middenweg towards the town centre, go straight ahead
• The Middenweg turns into Linneausstraat, keep going straight ahead
• At your left you will see the Tropenmuseum
• At the Tropenmuseum turn left into the ‘s Gravesandestraat
• Directly to the left is Hotel Arena situated

Hotel Arena features parking facilities. The costs for parking are € 2.50 per hour, with a maximum of € 25.00 for 24 hours. You can also park on the ‘s-Gravesandestraat, note that the parking ticket needs to be placed on the dashboard of your car.

• take the exit Sarphatistraat
• first street on your right (Korte ‘s-Gravesandestraat)
• cross the Mauritskade

Route description:

By car

From ring road A10 take exit S-113 in the direction of Centrum. After about 2.5km turn left at the roundabout near Tropen Museum. Then turn right at the first crossroad and after 300 meters the hotel is on your left.

Parking

There’s plenty of paid on-road parking around the hotel. Alternatively try the car parks at Markenhoven, Waterlooplein or Stopera. Call us if you’d like more details.

By train and tram

From Amsterdam Central Station, take tram 9 (direction Diemen Sniep) or from down town tram 14 (direction Flevopark). Both trams stop at Plantage Kerklaan / Artis Zoo.
